Private-preview terms
Realyth is a real-estate video production service operated by Datum Technologies FZE LLC. These terms describe the current private preview. A paid or enterprise pilot may require a separate written scope and agreement.
What the preview provides
Enabled workspaces can organize property assets, review extracted details, plan storyboards and use connected production features. Availability depends on your workspace and allowance. Generation is asynchronous and may fail or require revision. Prepared showroom films are clearly labelled examples; they are not proof that a new upload has finished rendering.
Use material you are entitled to use
You are responsible for permission to upload, process, adapt and publish your source material, including property imagery, trademarks, music and any person’s likeness or voice. Public availability of a brochure does not by itself establish those permissions. Do not impersonate another person, upload unlawful material or attempt to access another workspace.
Realyth processes supplied material to provide the operations you request. These terms do not transfer ownership of your original material to Realyth or grant Realyth permission to use it in public marketing. Generated outputs can contain errors and may not be unique; we do not promise exclusive copyright in AI-generated content.
Review before publishing
Check every script, translation, visual and export. In particular verify property identity, architecture, views, amenities, floor plans, prices, payment plans and availability. Approved-fact checks help review but cannot guarantee accuracy. Language drafts require review of meaning, names and numbers.
Your company is responsible for advertising permissions and required disclosures. Realyth can include a permit number and supplied QR in an end card; it does not issue Trakheesi permits, validate Madmoun records, give investment advice or certify compliance.
Pilots, credits and booking
Submitting an enquiry is free and is not a purchase. A requested meeting time is pending until the Realyth team confirms it. Pilot deliverables, pricing, allowances, service expectations and any payment terms are agreed separately. Evaluation credits are production allowances, not money or a promise of unlimited generation.
Access and support
Keep sign-in links and shared-film links secure. Access may be restricted for security, misuse or preview maintenance. Contact ambika@realyth.com for support, a concern about source rights, or to end your pilot. Please raise material issues before publishing an output.
