Privacy notice
This notice explains the Realyth private preview and demo-enquiry workflow. Please contact ambika@realyth.com before uploading material that needs a specific data-processing agreement or residency arrangement.
What we collect and why
For enquiries we collect your name, company, email, optional phone, message, language preference and requested meeting time. We use these to respond, arrange your demo and manage follow-up. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a general marketing list.
For accounts and projects we process your email, workspace membership, uploaded property material, approved facts, briefs, scripts, generation jobs and outputs to deliver the video workflow. Technical logs, request identifiers and a salted IP-derived identifier help diagnose errors, limit abuse and keep requests from being duplicated.
Where processing happens
Realyth uses service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, document understanding, AI direction, video production and email. The current stack includes Vercel, Supabase, Trigger.dev, Datalab, OpenAI, fal, ElevenLabs, Resend and Sentry. Optional information-card finishing uses JSON2Video: the selected existing film, approved text and selected brand or floor-plan images are sent for composition. Its output is copied into your private Realyth workspace; provider-side processing and retention still apply. Presenter production is not part of the current live preview. Relevant source files, scripts or images are sent to the services needed for the operation you request.
Processing may take place outside the UAE. We do not claim UAE-only storage or processing. Provider processing terms and retention vary; contact us for a review of your proposed pilot before uploading confidential or regulated material.
Your uploads and sharing
Upload only material you have permission to process and use. Do not upload buyer identity documents, passports, financial records or confidential buyer databases. Project assets are private to authorized workspace users. If you create a film share link, anyone who receives that link may access the shared film until it expires or is withdrawn. Downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
The public showroom uses a separately prepared original fictional property, not customer uploads. We do not automatically publish your project on our website.
Storage, access and deletion
Project and enquiry records are retained to operate the preview and respond to your request. To request access, correction, deletion or an end to follow-up, email ambika@realyth.com. We may need to verify your identity and distinguish your personal data from company-owned project material. Deletion is handled by the Realyth team during this preview; provider backups and necessary security or transaction records may have separate retention.
Browser storage and external links
Sign-in uses session cookies. Guest storyboards and brand preferences may be stored locally on your device. The enquiry form temporarily stores retry information in your browser session to prevent duplicate submissions. Clearing browser storage removes local drafts but does not delete cloud projects. Calling, emailing or opening WhatsApp takes you to another service under its own terms.
